View Booking Fee Policy

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Please don’t send payment until Chris has confirmed your design and sent over booking instructions directly.

The booking fee is £200 per session and will be deducted from your total on the day. Sessions begin at 11:00 AM. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments will result in your booking fee being lost, and a new fee will be required to rebook.

One free touch-up (Fridays only) is offered within 3 months depending on how the tattoo healed. If a second pass is needed due to poor aftercare, an additional session will be charged at £200.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your appointment. Please don’t send payment until Maiza has reviewed your design idea and sent you a personalised PDF with the quote, date options, and payment details.

The booking fee will be deducted from your total session cost. Reschedules are allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel within 48 hours or don’t attend, the booking fee will be forfeited and a new fee will be required to rebook.

Maiza:
Each project is custom-quoted based on the size, style, and placement. You’ll receive a PDF outlining everything before anything is confirmed.

The booking fee will be deducted from your final total. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel within 48 hours or miss your appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited and a new fee will be required to book again.

For most pieces, Lottie will provide your quote and date options after reviewing your idea. Smaller tattoos or flash may be paid in full up front if preferred.
